It was supposed to be a routine check for checks, but it didn't go according to plan. Saturday, around 11:15 p.m., in Amilly (near Montargis) Franceinfo reports that a 25-year old police trainee was pushed to the ground by a scooter driver who refused to obey.
Loic Abrial (the Montargis public prosecutor) stated that the motorcycle driver "refused" to submit to checks and went on his way. The first elements indicate that he "would have performed a maneuver with the scooter, bringing him back in the direction police officers" and then rammed the officer.
She was admitted to Montargis with a double fracture of her tibia and a broken nose. He was able to identify himself after he lost his passenger during his flight. The driver then ran across fields to get away from the police and reported the radio. He abandoned his car at the edge an embankment.
He is 18 years old and is currently wanted. A case has been opened for attempted murder.
