Over 200 mosquito bites, swelling, pain, and burns... Herault student was attacked by mosquitoes while working in Fourques, a Gard town located at the edge of the Camargue Regional Natural Park.
"I've never seen anything like that. They were everywhere. In my mouth, under my glasses, and all over my body. It was even more shocking that some of my coworkers didn't seem get bit," the 20-year old explained to Midi Libre, which recounts his misadventures.
She was not protected by her long pants and mosquito spray. When she returned home, she couldn't see any of the many bites. However, the problem is that the pain didn't decrease [...] It was impossible to sleep or touch my legs," explained the student who isn't allergic to mosquitoes.
She was taken to the doctor who prescribed a treatment. After she returned, she learned that she had an allergic reaction to too many injections. "He gave me a workstoppage and told me not to go back to mosquitoes." He'd never seen anything like it.
