The cyclist falls to the pavement and stumbles onto it. He received ten days of ITT for his multiple hematomas and dermabrasions. He remembers the license plate of his motorcycle, and when he files a complaint, it is confirmed that it belongs to a Prefecture of Police officer.

According to the Paris prosecutor, his complaint is for "facts that he describes to be violence by a person of public authority". It is sent first to the Judicial Accident Treatment Service STJA. On April 27, the cyclist reassembled at STJA to be auditioned. He then filed a second complaint.

Alexis Marsan filed a second complaint the next day "for facts which, he describes as non–assistance to someone in danger and refusal of comply", according to the prosecution. According to the Prefecture of Police, "Mr. Marsan" wrote a report on the same day and sent it to his superiors that day.

After a report by the latter on Monday's platform of "police of police", the IGPN has taken over the investigation into the facts that were denounced by Mr. Marsan. According to the prosecution, Mr. Marsan's complaint remains "under analysis".
