Camoranesi was a 55-year-old international and world champion with Italy in 2006. The club said that Camoranesi "actually wanted a solo career," and immediately announced his replacement, Croatian Hari Vukas.
Vukas arrived at the club Tuesday morning with Mario Rotondale, an Italian physical trainer. Vukas was already "already at work" Tuesday night with the Olympians. They will be playing their first preparation match against National 2 Marignane-Gignac on Wednesday.
Hari Vukas was Igor Tudor’s assistant in Turkey between 2016 and 2018. She worked in Galatasaray and Karabukspor, and then in Udinese, Italy. For the final season, the duo met at Hadjuk Split in Croatia.
He was the coach of Croatian football club Dugopolje since June 2021.
Igor Tudor (the successor to Jorge Sampaoli, the Argentinian Olympic club member) will be leading his first friendly match at the Olympian bench against Marignane Gignac at the Commanderie on Wednesday (7:00 p.m.).
Tudor is accompanied by Hari Vukas his assistant. He also has two physical trainers: the Italians Carlo Spignoli, Mario Rotondale and a goalkeeping coach, Antonello Brambilla. A video analyst is Giuseppe Maiuri, an Italian.
